Orders typically take 2 – 3 business days to process before shipping. During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll notify you if there are any significant delays.

2. Shipping Methods

We use a reliable Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider to handle our shipping. If you need your order urgently, please email us at info@persephonecrystals.com to check for availability and we’ll try our best to accommodate your request.

3. Shipping Costs

We charge a flat shipping fee of $3.90. However, orders above $60 qualify for free shipping.

4. International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are not based in Singapore and wish to order from us, drop us an email and we will see what we can do!

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to follow your package's journey.

6. Delays and Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please reach out to us at info@persephonecrystals.com. We will do our best to assist you and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

If you realise that you've provided incorrect shipping information and your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to make changes. Please email us immediately with your order number, and we'll assist you in correcting the details.

8. Returns and Exchanges

For hygiene purposes, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or you require assistance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.
