A: Persephone is a curated crystal jewellery brand inspired by the Greek Goddess of Spring and natural beauty. Our specialty lies in our signature Goddess Boxes, themed sets of crystals and handmade jewellery designed to connect you with divine energy and intention.

A: We are based in Singapore.

Q: Are all your crystals natural?
A: Yes, all of our crystals are natural. Each piece is selected with care for its quality, energy, and beauty.

Q: What is a Goddess Box?
A: A Goddess Box is a themed set of crystals and jewellery inspired by a specific Greek Goddess. Each box is carefully designed to reflect the essence, energy, and symbolism of the goddess it represents.

Q: How long will it take to process my order?
A: Orders typically take 2 – 3 business days to process before shipping. During high-volume periods or launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow for 2 – 3 working days for delivery. 

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are not based in Singapore and wish to order from us, drop us an email and we will see what we can do!

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to follow your package's journey.

Q: What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
A: Please reach out to us at info@persephonecrystals.com if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame. We’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Q: How do I care for my crystal jewellery?
A: Store your pieces in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or in the pouch provided. Clean gently with a soft cloth. Avoid water or harsh chemicals, such as perfumes and alcohol. 

Q: How do I cleanse my crystals?
A: All crystal pieces and jewellery are cleansed by us before finding its way to you. However, if you feel they might need a boost, Satin Spar and Clear Quartz are powerful crystals known for their cleansing ability. You may also burn incense or use gentle vibrational sounds to cleanse your crystals.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: For hygiene purposes, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or if you require assistance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to help.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number.
